How to find us

The National Museum is located in the center of Belgrade – it is on the main city square called Trg Republike. You can reach the Museum by taking public or your own transport.

The Museum doesn’t have a private car park. There are a few city garages nearby:

Museum of Lepenski Vir

How to reach us

Visitors’ Center – Museum Lepenski Vir lies on the Danube River, in a village called Boljetin, situated near Donji Milanovac.

Using your own way of transport you can reach us in various ways: driving along Corridor VII, Highway M 25,1 (Belgrade-Kladovo), or bicycle route Eurovelo 6. You can also reach us by boat.

Archaeological museum of Djerdap

How to reach us

Archeological Museum of Đerdap is located in Eastern Serbia, in a small town called Kladovo, situated 260 km away from Belgrade. Kladovo lies on the Danube River, and it is 10 km east from the hydroelectric power plants ”Đerdap I”.

200 RSD – adults

100 RSD – children and students

Entrance is free for pre-school children (max 6 years old, people with disabilities and their escort, students of art schools, students of the Faculty of Philosophy, Faculty of Architecture and art faculties, as well as for people with ICOM and Muzejsko društvo Srbije membership cards.

Entrance is free during the educational programs for children and adults (guided tours through the exhibitions and workshops).

On Sundays entrance is free for all visitors.

Museum of Vuk and Dositej

How to reach us

Museum of Vuk and Dositej is located in Dorćol, one of the oldest and the most beautiful parts of Belgrade. You can reach the Museum by taking public or your own transport.

Public transportation

Station Studentski park: Bus: 31; Trolleybuses: 19, 21, 22, 22 L (22L), 28, 29, 41;

(Through Studentski park and Višnjićeva Street to Gospodar Jevremova Street. When you get of a transport, walk down the Studentski park until you come across Višnjićeva Streetm, then follow it to the crossing with Gospodar Jevremova Street. Museum is located on your left side.)

Kralja Petra station: Bus: 79; Trams: 2, 5, 10;

(Cara Dušana Street and Višnjićeva Street to Gospodar Jevremova Street. When taking off the transport slightly go along the Cara Dušana Street until you reach the Višnjićeva Street. Go along the Višnjićeva Street until you reach it’s crossing with the Gospodar Jevremova Street. Building on your right side is the Vuk and Dositej Museum.)

Kalemegdan station: Tram: 2;

(Uzun Mirkova Street, Kralja Petra Street, Gospodar Jevremova Street)

(Pariska Street, Uzun Mirkova Street, Studentski trg Street, Višnjićeva Street to Gospodar Jevremova Street)

(When taking off the transport go down the Pariska Street. On your right side you will see the Uzun Mirkova Street. Go along the Uzun Mirkova Street until you find it’s crossing with the Studentski trg Street on your left side. Follow the Studentski trg Street and at its end turn right. Go further and you will see the beginning of the Višnjićeva Street on your left side. Go down the Višnjićeva Street and you will find the Vuk and Dositej Museum at its crossing with the Gospodar Jevremova Street.)
